
Bespoke Luxury Marketing is a fully integrated branding and marketing agency seeking a qualified Social Media Manager with 5+ years of experience to join our fast-growing team. The Social Media Manager leads and manages the social media channel for Bespoke Luxury Marketing and its clients, leveraging expertise, tools, external partners, and industry-leading practices to enhance and establish top-performing content and pages. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing both organic and paid content for our company and for our various clients. *Candidate must be able to report to our New York City or Hamptons Locations
Responsibilities:
· Manage up to 15 Social Media Accounts both paid and organic
· Track and analyze the performance of content across channels and leverage insights to create and execute monthly content calendars that align with client goals and priorities.
· Create, edit and publish all social media communications aligned with the mission, vision/values, and brand – voice and tone.
· Collaborate with the creative department on asset creation and ideation for organic and premium
· Develop strategy for paid social media campaigns
· Provide data analysis and metric reporting for clients
· Interacting and engaging with customers and vendors on social media platforms
· Provide data analysis and metric reporting for clients
· Setting key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns and measuring a campaign’s performance against the KPIs
· Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications
· Research social media trends and implement social media marketing initiatives
Requirements:
· 5+ Years of social media marketing experience
· Knowledge of Later platform required
· Facebook Ads
· Tik Tok
· IG
· YouTube
· Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.
· Excellent writing skills and ability to write in a variety of styles including customer service/care.
· Self-starter who can balance multiple priorities simultaneously.
· Strong collaborator with the ability to engage multiple departments.
· Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.
· Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
· Experience with Salesforce is a plus
