Full Time Handyman/Building Maintenance:
Seeking a floating Handyman to perform repairs &
maintenance throughout our building portfolio.
Job duties include, but are not limited to; demolition,
repairs & renovations interior & exterior, building maintenance &
cleaning, custodial tasks, sheet rocking, tile work, repair & new
install of wood/vinyl flooring, plastering, painting, overall building
maintenance, and seasonal work such as landscaping, snow removal, etc.
5 years + experience.
Must read, write and speak English.
Valid NYS Driver’s License
Union Position with benefits
$22 hour
