Join a leading large-scale, full-line convenience distributor in Farmingdale, New York as a collections specialist. This direct hire role offers a competitive salary, excellent benefits, and a stable Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. schedule. In this role, you will collaborate with sales reps, conduct detailed research and work to build solid relationships with our customers. Apply your research and analytical skills to resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate customer records.
Job qualifications:
- Associate’s degree, preferred. At least three (3) years of experience in business-to-business accounts receivable collections, required.
- Minimum of three (3) years of customer service experience, required.
- Fluency in MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook) and applications used in accounts receivable, required.
- Willing to have a background check, required.
