KITCHEN COOK

We are seeking skilled and passionate cooks to join our culinary team. You will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. If you are enthusiastic about food preparation and enjoy working in a collaborative kitchen setting, we would love to have you on board.

Reports to: Executive Chef

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook high-quality meals in accordance with recipes and menu specifications.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, ensuring adherence to food safety standards and regulations.
  • Assist in inventory levels and assist in supply ordering.
  • Maintain equipment.
  • Assist with training and mentoring junior kitchen staff as necessary.
  • Adapt to changing menus and dietary restrictions while maintaining quality and consistency.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Cook in a full volume restaurant.
  • Knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Relevant culinary degree or certification is a plus but not mandatory.
