As a Behavioral Therapist (BT), you will provide 1:1 Applied
Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy for children with autism and help them with
communication, socialization, and daily living skills through play-based
therapy.
Therapists at Cornerstone Behavioral Services keep our kids
engaged, set up incidental learning opportunities, teach appropriate play and
social skills, and provide reinforcement for desired behaviors.
You will be at the front line of change, serving as critical
team members.
We are looking for both entry-level Behavior
Technicians and experienced Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBT) to be a
vital part of our mission at Cornerstone Behavioral Services.
We provide hands-on, entry-level opportunities for
individuals interested in becoming an RBT.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

High School diploma or GED equivalent
·
Reliable transportation is required
·
Time management, observation, and analytical
skills
·
Follow written skill acquisition and behavior
programs accurately
·
Build rapport with clients and provide
high-quality care
·
Accurately measure and record data during
therapy sessions
·
Collaboration with BCBA for on-going training.
