Duties
- Issue Certificates of Insurance and Auto ID Cards
- Order Loss Runs
- Follow-up with carriers for receipt of endorsements and policies
- Check endorsements and policies for accuracy and request changes
- Process binders and invoices
- Update Specs, Underlying Schedules and spreadsheets
- Follow-up with insured for completed applications, payments and other requested information
- Scan mail and attach to appropriate account
- Assist Account Executive as needed
Qualifications
- 2+ years insurance agency/brokerage experience
- Applied TAM, EPIC, AMS 360 a plus
- Excellent clerical skills, Word and Excel experience required
