Job description:
Vineyard Tractor Operator
We’re seeking a reliable and experienced Vineyard Tractor Operator to support day-to-day vineyard operations. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating tractors and vineyard equipment safely and efficiently, with a strong attention to detail and a willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Responsibilities:
- Operate tractors and vineyard equipment for mowing, spraying, hedging, tilling, and other vineyard tasks
- Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance
- Follow safety procedures and proper equipment-handling practices
- Assist with general vineyard and seasonal farm operations as needed
- Maintain clean, organized equipment and work areas
Qualifications:
- Previous tractor or agricultural equipment experience preferred
- Vineyard experience is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Reliable, safety-minded, and physically capable of outdoor farm work
Schedule: Full-time, seasonal or year-round depending on vineyard needs.
