No Gluten Kneaded is an award-winning dedicated gluten-free bakery serving Long Island and beyond. We’re looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused team member to become a long-term part of our bakery family.
This role is about much more than operating a register. As the face of our bakery, you’ll help create a welcoming experience for customers who rely on us because of celiac disease, food allergies, and other medical needs.
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their orders.
Learn our products, ingredients, and allergy information to confidently answer customer questions.
Open and close the front of the bakery.
Maintain inventory and restock displays.
Label, package, and organize products.
Keep the front of the bakery clean, organized, and inviting.
Work closely with the bakery team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Detail-oriented and organized.
Professional in appearance and willing to wear the company uniform.
Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Previous retail, café, bakery, or customer service experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person.
